A 10ml blend of essential oils that can be used in a variety of ways. For example:

- Diffuse the oils in a diffuser or pop a couple of drops on a tissue and tuck in the corner of the room
- Add a couple of drops to half a cup of full fat milk and add to your bath (the milk helps emulsify the oils so they don't just sit on the top of the water!)
- Mix a couple of drops with water and witch hazel (or unflavoured vodka) add to a spray bottle and use as a room spray
- Dilute into a carrier oil and use for massage

Choose from a range of different oil blends:

- Motivate. A focussing blend of Black Pepper, Lime, Orange and Frankincense. Use when you need a little boost to tackle that to do list.
- Sleep. A relaxing blend of Lavender and Cedarwood to help you drift off to sleep.
- Study. A refreshing blend of Rosemary, Lemon, Peppermint and Grapefruit to help you concentrate on the task in hand.
- Relax. A relaxing blend of Lavender, Orange, Geranium and Clary Sage to help you wind down and relax.
- Anxiety. A calming and comforting blend of Bergamot, Lavender, Frankincense and Ylang Ylang.
- Uplift. A fresh and uplifting blend of Bergamot, Clary Sage, Grapefruit and Orange.
- Stress. A de-stressing blend of orange, frankincense and cedar wood.
