SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is by Royal Mail, second class. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days. If your item does not arrive within this timeframe please get in touch.

AT Elvet & Bailey we try to only use eco-friendly packaging. This means sometimes using previously used packaging. Please do not be alarmed if your products arrive in a box with a different company's label. We try to re-use everything instead of throwing it away! And why not: it saves the environment and it saves you money on postage.

RETURN POLICY

Returns cannot be accepted for items that do not look like the photo. This is explained on the product page - with most of the products there is a variance in size/shape due to the natural materials.

Any damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment online is through Paypal. Cash and cheques are also accepted. Any items ordered for collection can be paid for on arrival with cash.

WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES

Wholesale orders are welcome. Discounts will be made for bulk buys. Please enquire for large orders.
