A cleansing spray for your yoga mat. An ideal present for the yoga lover in your life or a lovely treat for your yoga practice.

Simply spray over the mat, wait a minute and then rub your mat down. Available in two fragrances.

Uplift: An uplifting blend of grapefruit, peppermint, juniper and tea tree.

Relax: A relaxing blend of Frankincense, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, May Chang and tea tree to help you wind down and relax.

The spray is made up from a 5ml essential oils blend, you simply add 10 drops into the included spray bottle and then top it up with cooled boiled water. The bottles are 50ml, plastic and have a spray top. Each oil bottle contains approximately 5 refills.

I make it this way to avoid using any preservatives or alcohols, which could damage your mat. The spray lasts longer and you can remake when needed.

The spray can be used as a room spray, pillow spray, mattress spray or to freshen up stinky gym kit or sports bags.

Don't directly spray polished surfaces, wooden surfaces or decorative fabrics. If you are at all concerned with marking, carry out a small patch test first in an inconspicuous place.
