Simply add the oil to the spray as per the directions, spray on your mat and wipe down. Does not include spray bottle, see Yoga Mat Spray listing for bottle and oil.

Uplift: An uplifting blend of grapefruit, peppermint, juniper and tea tree.

Relax: A relaxing blend of Frankincense, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, May Chang and tea tree to help you wind down and relax.
