What do you do?

I create art in different mediums and techniques with a main focus on lino print, monotype prints and acrylic ink artwork. I like to experiment with my style and a lot of it is abstract based work producing everything from seashells, rainbows, landscapes and seascapes to the mystical and mythical fantasy world of witches and fairies.

How did you get started?

I have always been a creative spirit from an early age going on to train at college in art, design and fashion. Having taken a back seat for a number of years (for various reasons), I decided in the first lockdown of 2020 for the COVID-19 pandemic that I really wanted to ensure that my creativity had an outlet and it did not get lost. I created an Instagram account as an outlet for my creativity and also opened an online shop to sell my artwork. I have received some lovely positive feedback on my work which gives me the confidence to experiment and grow with my creativity.

Is this your full time job?

This is currently not my full time job, so I create my art in as much of my spare time as I can.

Where do you create?

I currently create at home, one day I would love a designated studio space which is something to strive towards

Tea or coffee?

Definitely tea!

Where is your favourite local place?

My favourite place in County Durham is anywhere by the sea as I love the seaside and we have a such a fantastic coastline in the North East of England.

We don’t have any products to show here right now.
